Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

For orders under €99 we charge €5.90 shipping costs (Germany & Austria).

We only send vouchers via email. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

We deliver free shipping for orders over €99.00.

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping EU:
For orders under €99 we charge €9.90 shipping costs.

Shipping worldwide:
We charge for orders under €99
Shipping costs €16.00 and only €9.90 for orders over €99.


Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 8 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
